Andrew joined the WHO CC in 2019, as a member of the International Health Division and primarily focused on the Evidencing Value and Welsh Health Equity Status Report Initiative (WHESRI) projects, where he mainly provides research expertise to the team. During the Covid-19 pandemic, he also supported the International Horizon Scanning and PHW Wellbeing Survey projects along with fellow members of the IHD. Andrew possesses a doctorate in Social Psychology from Cardiff University, and outside of work is a keen follower of both rugby and football.
